· Taxes & Fees required: $348.64 USD from Toronto, Montreal & Ottawa; $379.60 USD from Halifax. The full amount will be required at time of registration as a refundable deposit. Guest is entitled to 100% refund should they decide not to complete a travel booking.

· Accommodations will typically be 3-star/entry-level. Example Hotels in Vegas: Palace Station, Four Queens, Plaza, or similar. Example Hotels in Florida: Ramada, the Fairfield Inn by Marriott, or similar. (Based on availability.)

· Promotional flights will depart on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays only.

Registration Process: 1) Certificate holders will go to www.odenzareg.com to register and submit the applicable refundable reservation deposit by Visa or Mastercard.*

*Guests that do not have access to a computer can request a manual registration form and submit their deposit by mail in the form of a bank draft or money order.

2) Once the registration and deposit have been submitted the certificate will be assigned to an Odenza Travel Agent who will contact the guest directly to begin the booking process.

 

FAQ’s:

a) Can upgrades/changes be made to the promotional trip?

Yes! Every recipient is entitled to the promotional package as outlined in their certificate however Odenza’s agents can also help book the custom vacation of their dreams! This might include extending the stay, adding extra travelers, upgrading accommodations, travelling over a holiday or weekend and in some cases venturing to an entirely different destination. These upgrades are available at additional cost based on availability. Agents can also help guests book add-ons not included in the promotional vacation such as flights, car rentals, attraction passes and more.

 

b) Why are funds required before working with a travel agent?

Prices and availability of travel change by the minute which means that the funds are needed in-house at registration so that as soon as the guest wants to book a spot can be reserved. The guest will receive a full 100% refund if they no longer want to book at any point.

 

c) Is the certificate transferable?

Yes, the certificate is transferable prior to registration.

 

d) Can I use 2 or more certificates together for group travel?

No, group travel is not permitted as stated in the terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDTIONS

This certificate entitles you and one companion to roundtrip airfare from a selected major international airport in Eastern Canada to one of: Orlando, FL; Miami, FL; or Las Vegas, NV plus 2-nights of accommodations (one room based on double occupancy). The departure airports include one of: Toronto, ON; Ottawa, ON; Montreal, QC or Halifax, NS.

 

By participating in this program the recipient and guest agree that they have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of use and participation; and provide express consent to receive marketing offers from Odenza by participating with this program. Please note that all phone communication with Odenza is recorded and may be monitored for quality and training purposes.

 

1. To use this promotional travel certificate please visit www.odenzareg.com and follow the instructions to complete and then print the required information (if applicable). The recipient will be required to submit a refundable reservation deposit at the time of registration. This reservation deposit will be returned if you do not complete a travel booking or used as payment of your industry taxes/fees nominated in term #4 if you complete a booking. The industry taxes/fees will depend upon the departure city: 348.64USD from Toronto, Montreal & Ottawa; $379.60USD from Halifax. If you pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) please retain the original terms and conditions for future reference. Odenza reserves the right to request the original validation card in the future. If you choose to pay by money order please attach the printed information from the website to your signed and dated original validation card and return the printed form and original validation card to Odenza Marketing Group (Odenza). Money orders should be made payable to Odenza Marketing Group Inc. We are unable to accept US postal money orders or personal checks. 2. Once your completed information has been received, we will email you further information. If you do not have access to a computer please mail the original signed and dated validation card to the address below along with a stamped self-addressed envelope and Odenza will mail you a manual registration form.

 

3. All vacation offers are subject to Odenza’s availability and promotional inventory. Odenza reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date. Travel during peak vacation periods will be subject to additional costs. All travel must be completed prior to the expiry date printed on this certificate. Please allow enough time to book and complete travel. Registrations will not be accepted within 60 days of the program expiry date. Promotional travel will depart on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Travelers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Only one travel offer per household may be used in a twenty four (24) month period. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your vacation offer.

 

4. The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all airline and hotel taxes and fees, $50.00USD per person travel agency booking fee and miscellaneous expenses, where applicable. The industry taxes/fees will depend

upon the departure city: $348.64USD from Toronto, Montreal & Ottawa; $379.60USD from Halifax. Once reservations are confirmed, an Odenza service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the hotel, airline or travel service provider, if applicable. Each traveler is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents for each country they visit including but not limited to a passport and travel visas. If you are travelling outside your country of residence Odenza recommends all travelers have a passport valid at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. For your protection Odenza always recommends the purchase of travel insurance.

 

5. This offer is not valid for groups of two or more certificate holders. Certificates are nontransferable. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional, discount or coupon offer. This certificate cannot be used by client principles, employees or related parties.

 

6. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, any monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This certificate is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user, or if not paid for by the primary issuing merchant or distributor, who purchased direct from Odenza.

 

7. By participating in this vacation offer the travelers agree that Odenza will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith.
