ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS The customer eligibility requirements contained in the Employee/Retiree Purchase / Lease Plan (2290/2290CH) are waived for the Employee Choice program. Eligible customers are all individuals, including but not limited to employees, retirees, family members, extended family members, acquaintances and small businesses. This program may be applied toward the retail purchase or lease (Type of Sale 1, L or E) of one eligible vehicle. Eligible customers may either order a vehicle from the factory or take delivery of a vehicle from dealer stock.
